ABOUT THE ROLE

pliant is seeking a talented Web Developer (m/f/d) to join our team. Reporting to the CTO with a dotted line to Marketing, this role provides the opportunity to work cross-functionally and manage key deliverables of our web and digital marketing programs.


This is a multi-disciplinary role that requires an individual to be comfortable wearing various hats ranging from project roadmapping and development, coordination across the marketing organization and various internal and external stakeholders, and achieve project delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate will have some experience as a full stack developer and project coordinator. This person will be passionate about the process of making a site dynamic, well-designed, modern, and user-centric. Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among internal and external stakeholders in an entrepreneurial environment are essential.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the website roadmap for pliant and develop strategies to scale internationally.
  • Work hands-on and with internal and external resources to design, build and maintain our website, create landing pages as well as help build and implement the SEO strategy to increase traffic, brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Collect cross-functional inputs across the company to inform and prioritize the web development roadmap including improvements to the UX, site navigation, page development, and infrastructure. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to implement and develop tools; formulate a website optimization strategy that focuses on the user experience, using A/B testing, personalization, and dynamic content to improve user journeys and target key audience segments.


YOUR PROFILE

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Hands on experience designing, building and managing a website
  • Experience with modern web development stack (we use React and Typescript)
  • Knowledge of technical SEO
  • Understanding of modern tracking technologies (GTM etc)
  • Experience with 3rd party tool integrations (analytics, HubSpot, Intercom etc)
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder, priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Service-oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player - works well with others
