🚀 As a member of the Growth Marketing team, you will work closely with our VP Performance Marketing to scale-up our Paid Search channel. As such, you will play a key role in continuing to meet or exceed critical KPIs.


  • Development, management, and intensive optimization of German and international Google Ads campaigns to escalate our lead generation.
  • Creation and optimization of landing pages for Google Ads campaigns.
  • Development of new and regular testing on Google Ads.
  • Continuous expansion of negative keyword lists and relevant audiences.
  • Support of other team members and management of other acquisition channels (Linkedin, Facebook and Bing).


  • You have at least 5 years of experience with Google Ads in campaign planning, creation, management, optimization and scale-up.
  • You have experience with different Google Accounts/MCC, bidding strategies and ROAS optimization.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
  • You have very good communication skills, at least C1 German and fluent English.
  • You are self-motivated and feedback oriented.
  • You have strong analytical skills and are proficient in Excel (Pivot).


  • You have already worked with Hubspot or Unbounce.
  • Experience in B2B marketing.
